6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your mouse, keyboard, or headphone, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Process: To initiate a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the product. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
  • Refund Amount: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. The refund will include the product price but exclude original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the issue.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without prior authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability
